horrible website reliability

Repeated problems with 53.com. Most recently, bank does not call me on two factor authentication. Bank will not be getting any more of my money until they are more than 25% of what is expected. They are definitely NOT a fifth third better with respect to their online operations. They also keep changing contact number from a land line (correct) to a mobile (wrong).

98% of the time people cannot log into the website with laptop or phone app. Internet is always full of people complaining they are not able to access the website to do their banking. It is rediculous and Fifth Third has done nothing about it for Months!
