What to do if the site EPIC.COM is unavailable?

Unhappy- doctors cannot read tests because hospital epic system is down. Nurse’s cannot administer medications. This should be considered a crime committed well deserved healthcare patients in the US.

I'm a little confused that I cannot find any information about EPIC being down. EPIC has not acknowledged it on their website, there have been almost no updates from admin or higher ups, and I can't find any articles or media coverage. Maybe it just because I'm a nurse but this feels like a HUGE deal.
