There is a banner message on their site that indicates that they are experiencing issues with their mobile and pc apps. Unable to reach the site, which is odd considering that this site and several others shows it as being up.

Login problems

Constant website issues, either phone or desktop. Should be plenty of software people available to fix this constant aggravating issue. Customer service just says yeah they're working on it. It isn't like a massive bridge that fell into a river. Come on.

Not alone

I see I'm not the only one. First I couldn't log in, then fnbo.com is completely gone. Now I see a message saying "We are experiencing issues with our website that may affect your ability to log in. Thank you for your patience." For a bank this size, this should never happen, ever. "We are experiencing issues, your money is gone." How comforting.

what is going on

have been trying for at least 2 to 3 days to log in to mobile and desktop site - NOTHING - no idea what is going on and cant pay bills or check balances or anything. makes me wonder if we will have the same issues should we happen to actually go into the branch. yall need to let people know whats going on First National or maybe we need to go somewhere else with our money

It is totally unacceptable that a FINANCIAL website is MIA.
There are plenty of other credit cards and other banks.
When I am essentially blocked from a site which has my business, -- when it cannot be found -- then that business has lost my business.

I've been a member for a few years, now the website has problems, I am able to login, HOWEVER, it won't process a payment. I suggest that you do not wait until your paym,ent is due in case this happens to you!

Website is super slow, frustrating and DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY ! I have been trying to make a payment for 5 days and since the website is screwed up I will have to call in and waste more of my precious time hoping that I reach a competent Customer Service Representative. Such an inconvenience.

I can only make one credit card payment a day. With Bank of America, I could make my payments whenever I wanted to. Now I can't log in to my account and I've only had it for less than a month!
