Green Dot Bank Accounts stolen all my money from four Green Dot Bank Accounts

Green Dot bank has stolen thousands of dollars from my multiple Green Dot Bank accounts from my disability benefits checks and I have repeatedly contacted them and beg them to give me back my money and the last disability benefits checks they have stolen was on February 26,2024 and I have no Massachusetts ID valid one but I have repeatedly sent them multiple Goverment issue documents that can prove my identity information and they are refusing to release my money and I have cancer and I have no medications and they took my money that I need to pay for my medications and they had me switched my direct deposit for my disability benefits checks to multiple Green Dot Bank accounts and Walmart money card was the last one that they had me switched my disability benefits checks to and waited for my disability benefits checks to direct deposit on February 26,2024 and then they blocked my account and cancel my bank debit cards and closed all of my Green Dot Bank accounts because in April 2023 four of my Green Dot Bank accounts kept being compromised and I filed disputes for everyone of them and green dot canceled all of my disputes and never investigated any of my disputes for the missing money that kept being stolen from my green dot Savings Vault accounts in my Green Dot Bank Accounts and they closed all of my bank accounts because I reported them to the FTC and the FCC and And Agencies

Being ripped off

It is just not today's failures. My account was hacked. I have jumped through hoops with Greendot. I turned in a complaint and received a claim number. I have submitted all of the documents to get my money back. I was told I would receive the reimbursement for my account this week, however, all I got was a call asking me to resubmit the info I just submitted. I am about to believe this bank is stealing my funds and wonder if someone on the inside is not the hacker. Where is the good old FDIC support when you need them on this one. From the complaints I am reading, someone is not following through to protect the American public.

15 calls TODAY, I am disabled and purchased 2 walmart money card, which is Green Dot. I purchased there cards sept 1,2023. Able to activate 1 card with no problem. Second card spent 6 hours trying to activate, called number on back of card and they could not assist me, opened case, was given wrong email address to send copy of receipt, they closed case. Called again, told me card was compromised, opened new case, same email given me, talked to supv approx 9-25-23, told me my money was there, apologized, mis communication and expediting my case as a Hardship case. Gave me wrong email AGAIN, she assured me check was on the way asap, after receiving copy of receipt from Walmart, copy of the card and DL. They closed case again. 15 calls today and 7 hours on hold, lots of dropped calls while transferring me to supervisor. After 2 hour 20 min WAIT!!!! Their phone system SUCKS and employees are rude and uninformed. Last supervisor told me im just out my money, I asked for mailing address, she said there was none (google it) and HUNG UP ON ME, would not give me information. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH GREEN DOT ANYTHING. BUYERS BEWARE.

It should be zero stars. After I had fraudulent charges on my account they cancelled my card and were supposed to resend one. This happened August 5 2023 I finally got a working card September 14 2023. Was almost evicted, with my 2 children, missed countless bill payments and multiple days of work because I had no gas for my car. I'm beyond disgusted and in the worst financial position in my life. I already can't pay my bills thanks to the Traitor in Office and his puppet regime, now I'm so screwed I'll never get ahead. No Christmas or birthdays for my kids this year. Again.

Green Dot Bank Scam

Well, People I just got screwed out of $30K by Green Dot. Yeap, $30K. I used Quick Books Money to open my business account and you guessed it Green Dot is their banking system they send you to, so I signed up and my first business invoice payment was accepted by Green Dot, but the cash NEVER SHOWED UP IN MY ACCOUNT!!! They sent me an email asking for my Contract Agreement (my private Info), bank statements, and Proof of identity. WTH, do they need that for. Unfortunately for them, I actually work with the senate banking committee in DC, and know that they are breaking the law, once they accepted my payment as a bank they then became responsible to transfer my cash into my account within 72 by LAW. So now I have a real case that the committee is reviewing for a federal class action lawsuit on behalf of small business owners, and did I mention that I plan to drop a lawsuit Monday morning for bank fraud

I had fraud on my card on 8/23 and had to have a new card expedited. It has been a nightmare. Card finally showed up on 9/1 but has not worked. I have reached out to the corporate resolution department and I have been told so many different answers that I can't believe anything they say! i have been waiting since 8.6. same thing 4 microsoft charges and 4 c+b charges over 600 and they paid one microsoft for 70.57. Dispute is still pending which is stupid as they got rid of the other 3 microsoft and took from 8.6 to 8.18 to get rid of the 4 c+b charges. bounced my car payment of which there is a 35 charge for that. bounced 2 credit card payments 35 each. they gave me a 25 charge for the hassle and i had to use other account for food and gas which caused car/house insurance to bounce 2 times so another 70. The peeps on the phone are stupid as hell. promised 6 times a card and today was the 7th date guess what still no card. I will be calling the better business bureau however there should be additional charges for this crap.

I have been waiting three weeks for my replacement card. On top of that they paid out $1.229.00. Someone you used my card in Washington at a Microsoft store. I feel it was a inside job. wire tansfer

Beth Williams I live in CA. a 10 year Walmart Moneycard cardholder. My old card number ending xxxx7754. I am 78 years old senior on social security and the August SS deposit is in my account, But my account has been frozen!! I reported on August 4th had 2 unauthorized charges. I finally was successful talking to CS sickening that I have spent many days & hours on hold trying to find out when I'm getting the expedited replacement debit card. The following dates I was told that the replacement card woul arrive: starting with August 10th, August 14th, August 17th, August 21st and August 23rd. Now today is August 23, 2023, and calling repeatedly the CS/ Resolution Dept They said the delays
were caused by technical & updating system issues. The window between August 19th -August 27th the replacement cards were being mailed and NOT expedited via FedEx, but by STANDARD mailing!

Piss Poor CS Service & ditto for Dispute Resolution Dept. I am a 10 year WalMart MoneyCard customer. I live in CA. My name is Beth Williams. The old WMC card ending ×××× 7754. On August 3rd, 2023 were 2 unauthorized charges. On August 4th, I called the merchant to inquire about the 2 unauthorized charges and I was told that their security process had declined the charges because the addresses didn't match please notify my debit card company On August 4th, I immediately contacted WMC was told by CS that . a replacement card would be expedited within 3-5 businessdays. The CS waived $15 fee & charged me a $3 replacement fee. I was told the debit card would arrive on or before August 10th. On August 10th the replacement Card did NOT arrive!! So I stupidlly waited and followed up on August 14th waiting 4 hours was connected to Green Dot Corporate Resolution dept. I was given a new card replacement date coming August 16th, And charged $3 for Lost Card Replacement. I repeatedly called CS & 4 hours later was successful reaching CS and they promptly removed $3 fee. On August 17th, I called CS was told that there was a technical problem started August 16th and the replacement card would arrive on August 21st. Of course, NO debit card arrived on August 21st, I was told by Resolution Dept that the debit cards were being reissued starting August 19th to arrive No later than August 27th. The debit cards were no longer going to be expedited BUT sent out via Standard delivery. I was offered a $20 credit for the inconvenience & when I said I would rather have the Debit card expedited the CS hung up on me!! My guess that I'm NOT getting a $20 credit ????

Chime did this in middle of pandemic and I was out of town on vacation and locked me outta money and found out when pulled over to get gas amd found out with daughter in car 9 hrs from home and didn't unlock for 37 days.left at truck stop with 9 yr old 13 days. QuickBooks and Green Dot

My direct deposit didn't arrive when it was supposed to via QuickBooks (they use Green Dot Bank). When I called, QuickBooks told me that my data file was corrupted and that's why my deposit didn't arrive. They said I had to purchase a subscription for $429 that would fix my computer!! Insane!!! Money hasn’t been able to be withdrawn for 2 days now and no one will answer the phones at all or the chats. Last week my direct deposits wouldn’t even show up and when they did I can’t use them now. Absolutely insane

Okay so it's no just ME! this is crazy the servers wasn't down when they collected direct deposits that we can't access. Customer service said report my card lost then use the barcode from the app at Walmart store customer service and they will give me my cash! GUESS WHAT PER USUAL THAT WAS A LIE!! Just like yesterday when they said they problem should be fixed in 24 hours. The problem clearly still isn't fixed and now I don't have a debit card that's to the incompetent rep on the phone. Speaking of phone the wait times are ridiculous.

Same, just got my direct deposit from work yesterday and my card is getting declined everywhere and trying to transfer money to my wifes cash app for food and about $165 just disappeared. This lis literally ruining peoples lives. Can anyone find anything in the news of whats going on? We are all covered FDIC up to 250k by law correct?

I have had my money taken 2 times this week one min it's on there an the next it's gone. I can't pay bills or get food as a single parent this is becoming very frustrating. An those ppl aren't out any money an there no even offering to help fix the problems we're just expected to go along with things. I want my money now. I have worked hard for my money. I keep my card locked today I unlocked it and transferred my Uber funds into my account I gave the lady my card it declined and I said try again and she said it only went threw for 94 cents while I’m looking at my account on the app all my money disappeared and it said 0.00 and I had over a 120 on my account nobody is answering the customer service line nobody is chatting to help wtf where is my money ????
