App so-ooo slow and constantly buffering. I've had this for a week or so now. I book all my trips with Jet2 but this is so frustrating that I'm turning to TUI and Easyjet to have a look - companies I wouldn't normally consider. Up your game Jet2. I’ve tried for past ten days or more whilst seeing extortionate price increase. Spoke with Jet2 gentleman who said he hadn’t heard there was an issue and couldn’t help other than booking over the phone. I’ve never had issues with your airline before but seems this year you may well be losing your regular customers.

I’m yet to book. Come on IT team, you need to fix this!

Have been trying since 28 Nov to book flights only Stansted to Madeira 2 passengers. Have been talking to some lovely agents (7 of them) possibly for a minimum of an hour each. App slow and falling over all the time payment authorisation not working

App slow to load all day payment screen freezing when getting to card verification so cancelling and starting again still freezing but requests are coming through to bank app to authorise payments don’t know if should authorise or not in case it comes out of bank multiple times. Nightmare always slow but slower than ever now the more they are adding to it and it cannot cope it is becoming overloaded.

have booked flight twice now online. Everything seemed to go through, including the authorization to the bank, but then the booking never came through - nothing in my email and no booking reference appeared when I finished the booking.

Why is your app down? I have limited opportunities to check-in for my flight but your app is not accepting my request now (00:50 BST).
Updated of stems should not be dependent on those systems being an available, mirror-imaging a system whilst applying updates is common practice in all IT databases. It is very poor that Jet2, again, seem unable to quite get things right.
