When will the network be back up and running efficiently?

Why am I still with this company? The service has been missing in action for about four days! No reception (and yes, I live in the city where reception is usually good) and when I do get through on a call it breaks up or we can't hear each other! Where do I find out what is going on with the infrastructure? Oh, and it is not an old iphone.

Unable to make or receive calls on certain phones all the sudden, these phones aren't that old they use 4g and probably around 3 years old

NSW South Coast KOGAN outage 6 Jan 2024

Bateman’s Bay Area NSW, ‘unplanned outage’ according g to the call centre at Kogan. Said the issue is known to technicians and active from 3rd January 2024.

Crap, delivered 1/3 items. The 1/3 that was delivered was broken. Website currently displays an immovable form when trying to access purchase history, so can't even lodge a dispute. Literally never again.
