Winston Salem NC...My friend used my phone to call & have his assurance number put on a new to him phone...after SEVERAL tries they finally said network was down but phone WOULD be activated...Is network still down? How long should it be before his number can be called?

I tried to use it for a phone call with the VA. I am getting a message that I am out of minutes. I have a free account and just used it 2 days ago for texting, so I have kept it active. I need to be able to count on my service and this failed me at a crucial moment for a phone appointment with my doctor.

No telephone service. None. Can’t even access my account from a different phone. Calling my free phone from the other phone sends me straight to my free phone voice Mail so I know I still have my account. Been this way for over 2 weeks.

Always an excuse for crappy service

They cannot even process payments this has been going on for five days now, They tell you to call *729 and you either get a constant busy signal or they hang up on you. If your phone breaks you are S.O.L they tell you when you do go through the main number someone will call you back and they don't . If I could afford a different service i would sign up in a heart beat. I was also told their tech guys were working on the issue I told them guess they aren't very good at their job if this has been going on for days. Typical outsourcing

Your unlimited internet is not reliable to help anyone

I have constant problems with the internet not working it's so slow it times out. I try airplane mode and reset it moves a little for a few minutes then freezes up. You can try to search something and go to the bathroom come back and it still is searching or times out. Some days it works for 4or 5 hours slow then it starts crawling so slow you just get frustrated and quit. I guess unlimited internet means you will be waiting for a unlimited time to get something up. Most days it will not download any pictures. This is the 3rd phone and it still has multiple times I answer a call or call someone and it vibrates and stops you from hearing the other person but they still hear you. You have to take the phone away from you ear and shake it then you can hear them again but it will do this again during the call over and over again. You have to put it on speaker to keep hearing the person your talking to because you miss what they said and don't realize it. Why is your network useing a tower for my phone over 150 miles away from me. There have to be towers here in my city. I couldn't figure out why I was being notified that someone was accessing my account in a state 150 Mike's away. Then I pinged my phone and found it was me. Maybe this is the problem that my internet is so slow. It's not much good use if I can't even use it. Now is it? My phone has been trying to contact Google to send this email now for five minutes and is failing. I'm very frustrated with your quality of service.

They are responsive, quick to ship once approved and the talk/text/data is pretty amazing and you get a hotspot. I've never called them so I have no feedback for that. My only beef is the phone. It's a piece of junk!! It's started acting up shortly after I got it, then it got dropped and the screen cracked. Now it does what it wants. They want $25 to replace and I say no to that simply because I can't afford it. All in all the service is good, coverage is reliable and the package is great. (Talk/text, etc).

So I am not the only one having these same issues with there service. If I didn't need a lifeline service because I'm disabled and need medical atten medicine and help getting rides to doctors and hospital I wouldn't be panicking about there bad service. Cut off mid-call. Text works. I get server unavailable messages even trying to call Customer Service at 611, which usually works even when you have no service! Maybe their servers are down with the heat or an attack, or the government realized how they're ripping people off & shut them down, or T-Mobile terminated the contract, or...
