Not working

I've been trying to login for the past hour. Biometric not working on the app. Username and password on app directs me to request a code because of course it doesn't keep the password longer than 30 day. Since I pay the mortgage once a month like a normal person, this is something I would have to do every month. I never get the code on my phone to reset the password. Why do they have so many technical issues???

NewRez website sucks

I can't access my mortgage loan account, it takes me to 'access my loan' and after providing correct input, it says 'Something went wrong. Please try again later. It looks like the website is working but there is a bug that is preventing access to my account. I am trying to get docs to file my taxes and this is the only thing preventing me from doing it. Mr Cooper was a much better mortgage service provider from the loan was transferred.

Web site works some days, but hardly ever when you want to make a payment. Their phones work the same way. Their website tends to crash when everyone wants to make a payment. If it happens on a weekend, you will have to wait until the next business day.

Mobile App and website are not working. Tried calling both of their customer service line I could find (866-317-2347 and 877-700-4622) and they don't even ring and just give a rejected beep. I sent an email to webhelp@newrezservicing.com which opened a ticket so at least my attempts are now documented on their side so they can't hit me with a late fee

Ridiculous. No service at all means. It looks like hacked and our information is jeopardized. If this is it solved by end of day Friday, Newrez will be reported to the federal authorities as I did before with others. They should not continue to operate.
