What a f***ing scam this card is I’m going to go to the depths of hell to expose all of this scam. Been 4 months after your goddamn card left me stranded in the middle of f***ing nowhere Nevada and I called and got absolutely no help whatsoever. They have still done nothing to fix any of it just done Asians trying to tell me how sorry they are about it. Well who gives a f*** how sorry they are they didn’t have to walk down a 120 mile stretch of interstate to beg a total stranger for gas $$$ to get the f*** home…

The site, when you try to validate your gift card it just resets the data fields and goes back to before you had entered any info, over and over.

The customer service number was not of any assistance at all. All they said was that my gift card was deactivated for fraud and to follow the instruction on the website to get a replacement. I tried the site over and over, it wouldn't take the barcode number. They just told me to try later because there was trouble with the site.

Bought my card from Kroger. Haven't been able to register card online, website not working. This is so annoying and frustrating. This business has already collected the money with the customer's expectation that it can be readily available, however customers are unable to access this money. Is this some type of a scam or fraud ?

Call to register- website does not seem to work

Website does not let you advance after entering the card number. If you call the 888 number on the card, it will give an option to change pin, then will have a menu option to let you request a text message with a link to register the card. With this link, it actually updates live on the call as you enter in your name, address, zip etc. until you're all registered. Their website is obviously broken/bad, but atleast this is a functional workaround for those that may be stuck.

I haven't been able to get the site to work for months. When I call the customer service hotline, they are completely unhelpful and refuse to give me any information because I haven't registered the card online, which I CAN'T do because of their broken buggy website.

Took three days of trying to register the card on the website so I could use it online. Went to make an online purchase and it said the card could not be confirmed. Tried to check the balance but the website is down again. I called the number on the back of the card only to be told they would send this complaint to the fraud department. And then I would need to send documentation and it would take 7-10 for their investigation. I'm taking it back to the store to see if I can get my money back or use it.

I have multiple prepaid cards I've received as gifts. I've tried to use them on multiple occasions and they never work despite logging in and seeing they are active have money on them. These times have not only been frustrating but also quite embarrassing. Now I'm trying to contact them and it seems almost impossible to do ( phone number is just a decision tree, no customer service e-mail). This business has collected the money with the expectation that it can be used however customers are unable to access this money. This sounds like fraud to me.
