Every time my husband tries to call me, it lets me hear the recording until I go to press 1. As soon as I want to accept the call it tells me the call is terminated to a system error. I tried calling customer service, when I push 5 to be connected to a live person the call automatically ends.

It's "down" much too often, and even when it's working, the service leaves a lot to be desired. For example, messages aren't automatically saved, so if something happens while one is typing a message, everything is lost and one has to start over.

Calls not connecting

Calls are not coming through for Colorado correctional facilities. Multiple call attempts and no ringing on receivers end.

Trying to fund inmate through Securus. After putting in billing information I get an error message. If I try to login it says incorrect password/user name. But it is correct. Since the new update 10-24-23 I can no longer find my loved ones facility to fund his debit account. On a daily basis it will log out after you have typed a text message, it will delete 3-10 words on the eMessaging, it will bring up days old drafts of eMessages and lose the draft of what you had just been writing, it will not alert you to a text while you are in the eMessage area, it will repeatedly pop up a help dialog with the latest update, even 10-12srconds after opening the app and logging in. This is on top of the normal issues like a TOTALLY UNNECESSARY "you have been logged out" dialog and logging you out every 30 minutes.

Credit Fix

We are happy with our credit score, it's finally up. This is made possible through the help of "XAPCREDITSOLUTION AT GMAIL DOT COM". My credit report and that of my husband was so bad that we couldn't get approval for an FHA loan and other things we applied, I had chex system, collections, medical bills, loans and credit cards debts but few days after I contacted XAP and paid for his service all these were erased, debts cleared and my score raised to 810. I got qualified for an FHA loan and my credit card limit has increased so much. I can't thank XAP enough and I recommend you write to him asap for your credit repair.

Securus app/website is currently not working properly for me for the past two weeks!!!!!

Securus app/ website icon states that I have several new emails, but I am unable to access them nor do they actually appear within my inbox (just shows the number of emails on the icon at the bottom).
Also me and my husband’s emails are being sent between us but they are arriving either hours or days late as well as not being delivered in the order that we sent them. So I have to put the date, and time and number order before I send them out. If I don’t then our conversations will be misconstrued. Pics are not arriving either and this has been an ongoing problem for the past two weeks. My husband thought I wasn’t trying to communicate with him and was becoming frustrated until he finally received an email from me saying the current situation with the emails and the systems app and site. This is beyond ridiculous. I tried to get online help but no luck with Securus. I updated, deleted and reinstalled my app but still nothing has fixed this current issue.

Read through the comments and I noticed a lot of us had this become a problem AFTER setting up/ had a scheduled visit. I personally got approved yesterday for Video Calls and now this issue. Had a video chat at 8, unable to log on app. Uninstalled and tried reinstalling and can't install from Google play store. I haven’t been able to log in either. I have a video visit tomorrow hopefully they fix this soon. Looks like they are having issues with their servers again. They obviously don’t want to update their servers since they are too cheap. When more people try to log on at the same time the servers can’t handle the traffic sometimes. They know there are issues with their servers they just want to come up with troubleshooting techniques as a lame excuse of why you can’t log in. None of that is going to help until they fix their servers. Unfortunately, that’s corporate greed at its finest the less they have to fix or maintain, the more profits they are going to make they don’t seem to care if people are going to miss video calls with their loved ones, even though the video calls were paid for. It’s all about the money with this company.
