same problem faced like Phoebe, from beginning of today (22/2/2024), I can open shopee app but no able to perform anything else (such as to open any games nor collect coins or even cannot view my cart), it says 'no internet connection', my other apps working like normal, so not internet problem. Deleted cache but not problem remains same. Hope shopee can solve it soon

Update as of March 3, 2023. I can't send a message on seller as it is always in connecting mode. So I uninstalled my Shopee app and installed it again. Now, I can't login back again as the buttons cannot be pressed and can't chat the live agent.

I was trying to view my SPayLater bill earlier today and I kept on having an error that said “Oops something went wrong…” so I tried to do some troubleshooting steps (clear cache, force close app, restart phone uninstall/reinstall) then when I reinstalled it I cannot login to my account anymore. Kept on saying “system error.” Customer service is of no help. My SPayLater bill due date is near. SMH.

I was trying to open shopeepay in the to set my wallet PIN because I can't get my refund and everytime I click on it it says "initializing, it will take a minute to load... Blah, blah". But actually it NEVER LOADS the page.
I contacted them through email and they said they don't do email support anymore. So I tried to open chat support in the app but the same problem "initialising" FOREVER!!! I tried to log in on their site but they're not sending me codes to verify.
Also everytime I make payments it says initialising, I have to click cancel until it will let me pay. There's no way to get in touch with them except to call them through their telephone which is very expensive.
