I'm having the same issue as post below. Started December 27th. I can't buy anything online, not with my tjmaxx rewards card or credit card, says my order can't be processed and that I should check my form of payment on both options, has been happening since yesterday

Website has not been working properly since 11/10/2022

The entire site isn't working. Since 10 November, customers can't log into accounts, can't access the various pages, nothing is loading and always getting dialog box popping up with "There is a problem loading".......seems like an endless loop. Shame for the company, losing money and wasting time.

First, your Customer Service number doesn't work on the weekends. Apparently, CS is only open during the week. Who does that? This isn't some mom and pop sales company selling whatever from their kitchen. Now, you can't even log into the website. For all the money these companies make, they should be able to afford a decent IT team.
