OH ID error

Is there an update as to the issue with no being able to login to file my weekly claim? Same error message stating OH ID in use after entering the 5 digits of my SSN.

OH UNEMPLOYMENT WONT LOG I.

Unable to login. Logged in with my username and password and took me to a screen to input the first 5 of social I did and it said it's already an account with a claimant and to make a new OH ID so I reset my OH ID password and just keeps doing it. So something is wrong I can't file my weekly claim and I'm not the only one

Ohio Unemployment

Same here. I received a text with a verification code at 1am that I did not request. So I tried logging in when I got up at 3:30am. Wanted first 5 digits of social security number (which was new to me). Says number already in use.

Ohio Unemployment

Also have been trying to log into Ohio unemployment. Error message " OH|ID already in use..." Last time I was able to was 7/6/23. It's now 7/12/23. I've tried calling every day since Monday 7/10/23 to be told to call later. I've now been on hold for 3 hrs 15 mins.

difficult to log in to website. errors even when correct information has been entered. prompts one to call their office and it's difficult to get a hold of an agent.

Unable to login as well, when prompted asks for my first 5 digits of SS and then says there is an account already with that SS but shows my name at the upper right hand side and then prompts me to logout. Cannot get through on the 800#, just tells me they are very busy and to call back later, chat bot is of no help either....

CANNOT LOG INTO ACCOUNT

cannot log into my account. When I submit my code sent to me via text and try to submit it, it will keep trying to resend a new code as if I hit resend when I did not. I cannot log into anything. It keeps doing this forever. Maybe it has to do with the new changes starting Nov 17th where we will have to start using 2 methods of ID to verify our account, but this is only the 15th. Again, cannot log into account because it will keep resending me new codes even if I do not ask for it to resend a new code.

I was on the phone yesterday about why some of my week were denied. An as I was talking with an operator she suggested that I log into my account to do what I needed to fix my denied weeks. But as I tried for several times to get into my account to explain why I was not able to file my weeks an was denied becus of my lack of explaining all the details. So now since I was unable to file my appeal yesterday before 4pm becus you're system is still messed up. An i still cant log into my account...What am I to do.???

I got an email this morning that I had messages in my account. Went to login and the screen was reported that there was a firewall issue. Tried a third time, finally the screen came back up, but I couldn't remember my user name since it's been so long. Sent a request and am still waiting for that email to show up. Just pay us our money and let us live.

Just finally was able to file over the phone.I tried online 20 times at least unsuccessfully and about 10 on the phone and it hung up on me saying technical difficulties transferring to an agent 9 of them finally the phone call lasted long enough to go through..Lol I guess we'll see what happens ????‍♂️..Serious problems with that system this week but my advice to anyone trying is do it over the phone.You may have to go through your info 9 times only to get hung up on and have to do it all over again but like I said it ended up the last time saying "I have successfully filed my claim"

I pointed it out to them when I talked to them. The only way I was able to file my claim for the week was with a representative over the phone. It was by appointment only. I advised neither their automated attendant or their website is working as it should. They claim to have no knowledge of any problems but they will "forward it on".

Cant log in the website/keeps flashing.
Automated will allow you to file for the week but it keeps kicking me off halfway through. If with a representative it's by appointment only and they have to call back. Am I doing something wrong? This is exhausting. Worse system ever.
