Vdoc.pub failed downloading:
Site is accessibel, also possible to give the download command for any availabe PDF, HOWEVER the download itself continously failed with provided comment: "download failed because of network problems". However the network is fine, so that is NOT the problem. Seems to be an internal error at the website of Vdoc.pub
