Arkadium laying monstrous egg tonight.

Same problem as other respondents. I have been trying, off and on, since 7:30 pm EDT. Viewing the ad(s), and not being able to get the games, is pathetic. Site worked fine in a.m. EDT, With this level of outage of the games, Arcadium is irresponsible to not offer both an apology and an explanation. Would also like to know when it will be fixed!!!

I love the crosswords. Unfortunately on a couple of my computers it loads but sticks after a couple of words. On my newest computer it works, but now I cannot get status without joining/creating profile. I doubt if I will pursue it.

Word Wipe and Outspell not functioning. Can't drop/drag letters (using touch screen laptop). The game panel isn't static on the screen. When trying to push/transfer letter the whole game moves up/down with finger.

Have had problems with stan Newma's crossword and now also codeword. The "grid" goes haywire, you can not enter a letter. The clues disappear. Impossible to play. Third part block has been disabled.

Outspell malfunctioning

Outspell hasn't worked properly for weeks! After the first move, Outspell only gives player one choice..to pass. Please fix it...all other games work as intended.

Does anyone have a problem with games not loading. Today I tried to play my usual favorites, but they would not load. Checked updates, cleared caches, restarted. Shortly after, with still no luck, I cleared browser and deleted cookies. Restarted again. The only game that I could get to download was Texas hold'em. I usually start off with 8 Ball pool it's my favorite but it will not load. It opens up all the games come up it signs me in and as soon as I click on to a game it plays the ads and then it goes to loading and it keeps loading and loading but never loads. Please if anyone knows what this is or how to fix it I would appreciate your comment. Thank you in advance. Kimberly Smith

was playing mahjong new dimensions and beat it, so i clicked on mahjong dark dimensions and it acted like it was loading but it is still trying to load after 26 hours. i have phoned everyone like my cable provider and geek squad(useless). i've tried everything i can on the computer. erased cookies, cleared data. so frustrating, nothing works

Arkadium Games wo't open.

Hi - January 17 & 18/23 Arkadium games not allowing me to enter. I've restarted my computer several times, but nada. All games won't stay in place on the screen. The home page jumps around constantly. Also couldn't get to "Support" to report this concern. Hope this gets resolved soon- am having withdrawal symptoms, :) Thanks.

Site doesn't have an option to log in, only join. Site asks for log in information multiple times. Slow to load, freezes, Mahjongg Dimensions game: size of tiles gets smaller each screen & is hard to see. I have subscribed to Arkadium & to Mahjongg Dimensions. Site shows different screen names.
