Broadcast frequently drops. Sometimes get "something went wrong" and unable to load entirely (on desktop/browser).

It has been over a month since the new app has been more wonky than useful. The problems caused by the app are too numerous to mention at this point. And now, the app and website are completely down all it says no matter what I do is "Something went wrong retry". If this doesn't get fixed soon I may switch to a competitor.

It seems they had done an update about a month ago, whatever they changed did not work. Having trouble listening to WHIP Philadelphia, constantly dropping shows, re-starting at random spots of previously aired material. Just hope they fix it because it's more of an annoyance to deal with now rather than enjoying sports talk radio.

Absolute disgrace of a radio app. Can't even get passed the initial logo/loading screen app side, website can't play more than a segment before an infinite loading loop when a commercial break happens, and everytime you need to reload the page to be able to scroll along and get back to your spot you need to watch an ad that you can't skip and disables all playback functions until it finishes. Hopefully certain markets, outlets, and audacy specific programs find a new parent company to move to so people like me can support them again since audacy has ruined the experience beyond repair.

Support Team is useless. Developers couldn't engineer their way out of a paper bag.....start the app 10 minutes before you want to listen and it might start in te then....

Audacy.com has ruined my ability to listen to 550 WGR by streaming. By being down for days, or repeating terrible commercials 2 or three times in a row, or just cutting off the content to play those useless commercials over top of the local content, just ruins the whole experience. I wish WGR could separate from Audacy all together.

i can never get a consistently good experience with the app. Using the rewind feature is always a gamble whether or not the app will keep working or just completely crash.

Worst app there is. I would say there are way too many commercials, which there are but the bigger problem is it is so buggy. I stops randomly. When you pause it and come back to a show, it restarts an hour earlier than you paused it. And I don't even want to get into how often it crashes. IT IS THE WORST. unfortunately I can't get rid of it because they have TicketMastered the online radio world and have monopolized online radio station listening.
