App crashing

I attended a concert last night, and when I attempted to open the app to pull up my ticket, it kept crashing and kicking me out of the app. It is still doing such the day after the concert. I even tried logging into the website and I repeatedly wouldn't let me login. I have another concert coming up next month and I'll be heartbroken if I can't access the tickets I paid for

AXS is the Spirit Airlines of ticket providers. Not sure why the Houston Rodeo switched from ticketmaster. Cheaper is not always better. Hope this site outage gets resolved before tonight's rodeo, or this will make national news.

Told by HSLR that AXS is down and they are getting mega amount of calls about people cant access their tickets - like me - for the event tonight. Seatgeek is no help (the platform I bought thru). I was trying to buy tickets for the No Values festival and was on the queue for over an hour and a half then it took another 12 min to get in after the tickets went on sale.When it came to get the tickets it kept on lagging after waiting for 30 more minutes i was able to get 2 tickets. By light years, the worst app ever. Stupid, clunky, and doesn't work most of the time. Leads to the bigger question of why don't they just GIVE us actual tickets, even if only print-at-home? Never had an issue with them. But we DO have problems with AXS, and even the less stupid apps.

Getting the same "Whoops" error no matter what show or venue from music to sports. The two Einsteins I reached in customer service both offered to "file a ticket" when I demanded tech support of some kind. Also reading online about people being charged multiple times for ticket charges that were a "whoops" onscreen so please check your bank/cc statement. I will never ever under any circumstances purchase anything through axs again. I might have to use their app to receive tickets, but they have lost every dime of my very active entertainment dollar. I never thought I could say a ticketing outlet was worse than ticketmaster, but axs, you've done it! Worst. Company. Ever.

Just got off with chat - you have to shut off your wifi and VPN, like NordVPN in order to log in to the mobile app. It worked for me. Give it a try

Can’t purchase tickets. I‘ve been trying for four days straight but site and app say there’s a problem with the payment. I tried using three different credit cards, three different accounts, three different devices both on and off different wifi, and I’ve called all three credit card accounts all saying there is nothing wrong with the cards. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone for help for four days straight and I finally got a call back from Brenda who said with very rude attitude that it was my fault, there was nothing anyone could do, there is no one else I can talk to, and that I can’t do anything about it. Didn’t help me at all. Several other people having the same issue, it’s axs’s fault and they could care less to help their customers. VERY upset with these people.

If I could give no stars, I would. I’ve been trying to purchase two tickets for the rodeo for four days straight now and the website will not allow me. I’ve tried three different credit cards, three different accounts, three different mobile devices, over eight different sections for tickets, and retried countless times. I’ve left axs several emails, ticket requests to chat, I’ve been trying to chat with them but always get kicked off the chat before I reach in line, I’ve tried calling several times but always get left on hold until it times out, and I finally got a call back just now with Brenda. Brenda did not help me at all and said there was absolutely nothing they could do and that it was my fault the tickets weren’t going through and that there was no one else I could talk to and with the rudest attitude through the whole call and did nothing to help and rushed me off the phone. I am highly unsatisfied with axs and how they’re handling this (by doing nothing at all) when they’re basically false advertising because we can’t get these tickets when they clearly say they’re available. Many people are also having similar complaints and saying the site is down. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional and a huge waste of time, as the show is now less than 24 hours away. I just want to buy tickets to see the show and I’ve gotten no help, an incredibly careless caller, and a platform that could care less about its customers. If there is any way I can get these tickets, please help.

Unable to load IRS form 1099k required before I can sell tickets. Web site is obviously in trouble - even internal links do not work. I hear lawyers licking their chops because this is only option for selling HLSR tickets and according to their their T & C, they are liable if Sellers are unable to sell tickets timely causing them the Seller to lose income because AXS failed to meet obligations.
