Precise experience will drive you mad!

Fantastic onboard service, but the pre cruise experience is aweful and unacceptable for the price. The computer system doesn't function in the year 2023.

We cancelled a back-to-back due to the complete nightmare (website doesn't work, 1+ hour waits to speak with an agent, can book day excursions).

They need to get rid of the management and hire adults that know what they are doing. Becareful booking with them!

No way to contact them - no support

I can't even book a cruise since May 22 because I'm using some future cruise credits (FCCs) that they say they can't find anymore (they acknowlege I have them but there computer system can't find them to apply them to a booking). These FCCs expire at the end of Dec and I can't book a cruise for the cruise we want to go on so I will lose them.

They say the agents are "travel experts" yet they won't call you back when they find information (they say "call back in a week") and now reaching them by phone, email is impossible.

The are a very crooked company who have NO customer service and actually feel bad for their agents. If Azamara cared even a bit about customers they would post something on their website about computer issues and note that gives some comfort that they are working on it.

I personally in my 58 years have never seen a company treat their customers they way they are right now.

Website fail and no info from Azamara

I booked and paid my deposit in March, have been trying to pay for the remainder but no reservation or future cruise shows. Emailed and received msg wait time is 28 days for reply so I called and was on hold 4 hours then was cut off.

No Access on website - Cruise coming up soon

I paid for a cruise which is coming up in 3 weeks. For the last 3 weeks their site says I have no upcoming cruises. You can't book excursions or modify. Of course everyone is calling them, so you can't get through to them.

Can't find my booked cruise. On-line help ignored. Call wait times beyone 30 mins. Website is out of control, not enough customer support staff. Primary website migration database info failed.

Their website upgrade has been a complete failure. I log in and cannot see any of my history or upcoming bookings or loyalty status. I have called and have to wait literally hours before someone, with little knowledge of how to resolve my issues, returns my call.

Non-functioning website for cruises purchased. Zero support because customer service people have no access to information about a cruise already paid for, either. Their IT has not worked for weeks and weeks. I'm surprised they have phones. A company run this poorly and they want people to get on a ship they own?

Azamara website down for over a week and can’t find my upcoming cruise!

Same problem for me for eight days now! what is going on with this website??? I’ve never heard of a site being down for so long due to an upgrade. And they don’t even pick up their phone! Something else is going on
