Not receiving email to reset password. Now have to add books to wish list on the app on my android, then go to bn.com to purchase. Not very happy... but tried it, and now I have to reset password.. and no email in 10 minutes. Checked spam.. nothing. Very frustrating.. Guess I will need to find another way to read e books if B&N doesnt get their act together!

This website is ridiculous! I buy at least 10 books a month and this switch to your website is unbelievably frustrating. Ypu don't want to go through the nook app, fine, but have your website ready. I've had to change my password 4 times and now I've been buffering on updating my phone number for 15 minutes. Which needs to be updated before you will cash out my purchase. I love you Barnes and Nobles. I go to your brick and mortar store at least once a week to help keep our local store open. You have let me down.
I need the third book to this trilogy and my page is still buffering!
