Had a 6 team class lastnight wanted to cashout but the in play was frozen so no updating of goals etc meaning I couldn't cashout which in the end cost me a good return due to 1 of my teams conceding deep into injury time..Just after conceding the site miraculously went back to normal..Definitely some scam going off

Tried to discuss the matter with a representative via LiveChat, but was transferred to, "a colleague who is best suited to help with your needs." That turned out to be no one. Not very helpful.

I am from Alberta in Canada. When I’m in neighbouring BC my app won’t load half the time . Sometimes for 2-3 days. Sometimes off and on . Bet365 won't login, has locked my account out and now disabled it and stated its down for deletion due to to many attempts. I have nearly £100 in balance and will loose it all now

I was denied a $289,000 winning Multi that I tried to cash out early and even though I had them on the phone at the time, BET365 would not pay me the current winning amount of $289,00 on my $300 multis but instead gave me $1,000. I'm speaking to the Cops and the Media and they couldn't be less interested. I'm mot implying that BET365 did down their website for convenience, they said it was a PLANNED OUTAGE (on Raceday) but I could find no notification, but whether it was or wasn't they took $289,000 of me, as a disabled man, and it needs to be formally investigated
