you can't login on a computer. it just hangs and sit's there. i've tried Chrome and MS Edge. so it doesn't seem to be a browser issue. i'm thinking of downloading Firefox just to see if that works.

Another BJ's app failure

Searches through both phone app, and computer app, not working. Can load coupons, but searches result in a loop back to Black FriYay, or message "not found" for terms as basic as "clothing", "apparel", "jackets" etc. Went to store and demonstrated to customer service counter person how phone app search returns a "not found" message even if you type in the exact product description and SKU off of the in-store product placard.
Fire the entire IT department, and hire a bunch of middle schoolers to write code that works.

Coupons inaccessible

I have been trying for two days to access coupons. They no longer print the same value of coupons as they previously did, which of course is a good "green" decision, but it is annoying when we can't access the digital coupons. Received email to update bjs app. Updated. Bjs app has 4 pages to click thru about new BJs credit card. On third screen. 3/4 the screen freezes and is inoperable. Deleting the app and reloading ends in the same result. Everything cleared. The app update is flawed.
