Good luck if you have a real issue. I have an account that has what they say is over half a million emails (that is very hard to reconcile) that can't be reached by my mail programs, and their help is useless.

Bluehost server down for the third day in a row: no email connection, web site not responding. This is a periodic but not uncommon feature of Bluehost, occurring about 3-5 times a year. Usually resets around midnight and then goes offline again the next day. Might last a couple of days or several weeks.

No more exchange emails.

Bluehost turned off 365 excahnge emails with no notifications to users. If you have emails through bluehost with 365 exchange server, you are going to have a bad day.

Bluehost deleted all my emails (since 2006) during their migration process and have provided to solution to recovery. Have called them 7 time so far. I keep getting the run around and poor service. This is ridiculous! Why would they move the files instead of copying them over?

Our website crashed on the 10th of July 2022 in the early morning. Lots of chats and email confirmations to Bluehost but today AGAIN we got an E-mail and have to wait 48 hours. ALL our backups are gone on the Bluehost dashboard. And the 3 we have got they can't recover (from last month) for some reason. Clients and advertisers wil sue us for not publishing their products. Really really serious bad... (We are based in EU)

On April 29th Blue Host attempted to migrate my account to their new cloud server set up. The migration failed and my control panel and main business email have been offline since. I have talked to support and support management countless times. I was told that it was escalated to tier 2 support 3+ weeks ago and they can not make tier 2 support actually fix it...they are just waiting for a update...for a MONTH!!! Does this sound reasonable? It's to a point that i am losing business because i have no control over my account and I am even having trouble logging into my bank accounts and other personal and business related services that are tied to my business email. I can not even imagine a world where it's ok to take a business partner offline for a month with no follow up or any attempt at all to actually fix the problem????

My sites were up and they are down again. This is unacceptable from a hosting company. I've been with Bluehost for almost 2 years. I've experienced weird stuff with my sites before but nothing like this. Are there others that have experienced this before? A hosting site should have back up, back up, back up servers so this does not happen.

My website has been offline for over 24 hours now which includes my emails. I run a travel company and have already lost thousands of pounds just being offline. I'm getting complaints across social media which are damaging my reputation. I have paid for advertising which just links to a broken website. Customers have paid for listings and features that they cannot see and ask me why and now want refunds. I cannot reply to emails nor receive replies. Imagine that on a Monday morning?? Now it's Tuesday and still nothing. Apparently there is an issue with the server but it's out of the customer service persons remit, so it's completely useless going on their online chat which i've already spent hours on to no avail!! It's been escalated to the tech team who haven't contacted me or fixed the issue. I've been with Bluehost for over 10 years and these 'server' issues keep happening. I have already contacted a lawyer for loss of earnings due to these repeated technical issues and complete lack of action
