Issue Accessing Workout Plans on BodyFit Subscription

It's ironic that I can access everything on their shopping page effortlessly, yet accessing workouts is unavailable. Could this be intentional?

Can’t log in

Haven’t been able to log in for 3 days. I finally had to request a refund on my most recent payment from April 1st. I’ll definitely resubscribe again, but I need to see this login issues fixed first.

They’re not responding to any emails or phone calls. Best option is to dispute your most recent charge and put a stop payment on the form of payment they have with you. Losing millions this month from disputes will hurt them where it counts since they can’t give the subscribers any notifications

I think we all get what is going on at this point!

At this point I think we all get it....what I don't understand is why they gave no warning or alternative to this shut down "rebuild" of the website.

Every attempt to even get to the website redirects me to shop.bodybuilding.com, and the app isn’t working either. Site is down, no comms on what’s going on, but they made sure that you can still spend money on merch. Wow.

No access to body space account

I got an update from someone directly via email and he said they were doing a major overhaul and would contact when it was completed. I changed my PW and still haven't been able to login. They've revamped stuff in the past.... years ago they even got major hacked. I happened to be online to see that! it was surreal! But haven't had many hiccups since then. I am hopeful all of our stuff is still on there when the upload is complete. I guess if it isn't ... it is what it is.
I hate losing contact with people, however, I will just roll with it. I'll workout regardless if bb.com is up or not. Ya'll take care!

BodySpace - Customer Trust Violation

Major trust issue/violation here. When a company does this sort of thing without communicating to the customer base… it smells pretty bad. I won’t be back. They cutoff access to my workouts so they can force me into their “coming soon” BodyFit application. It’s time to put the headstone ???? up for BodyBuilding.com.

My bodyspace app has been down for 3 days and I have workouts to track as I'm a mere 20k lbs shy of my million lbs goal. Tried to email them to find out and got nothing useful. How long will this be down? Why is it Down? Better question may be, when will companies learn that silence is never the right answer

No access to body space account

Received an email bb.com was working on login issues. Cannot access any bodyspace community account. Member since 2008. Update would be appreciated. I could, however, access the store in bb.com and made a purchase that cleared. Quit using ap a long time ago because it kept crashing. Gives 404 Not Found when trying to access or This site does not exist or taking too long.

BodyFit no connection possible

I’m not able to log into my BodyFit account anymore - it says I need to check my network connection but on every other homepage my connection is fine. So I tried resetting my password but it’s says page not found - so I went on bodybuilding.com to renew my password which worked and again on BodyFit I’m not able to connect. What’s going on ?

Bodybuilding.com no longer functional for created programs or workouts....no way of contacting them

I'm no longer able to access any of my created programs on bodybuilding.com. Their support call centre just drops the call everytime and their contact us is just a broken link! Also, none of the alternate websites worked. I've now tried them all using 3 different computers as well as different web browsers!
