Spent all day on Caljobs but it keeps freezing up and I have to start over again and again. If it’s mandatory it should function.

Still can not access the Caljobs website! Need to post position on that website and there is a time limitation! The customer service of Caljobs is very rude, they just say they do not know without any other information! Please fire that woman she is so rude being a customer service! She is not qualified for the job!

Cal Jobs still down with no eta as to return. Unable to visit to get access to needed information and only have 10 days to complete required information that has to be pulled up on this website. Great Job CalJOBS and EDD for being in such disunion.

As of July 12, 2022, it's giving me the message, "Due to system maintenance, CalJOBS may experience interruptions in service. We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience."

cannot access caljobs.ca.gov website nor can I access the other links as provided by the admin response above. The error states that the site is down due to system maintenance. I have been trying for over a week. ALSO - when I tried to call my local AJCC as noted on my letter that I received recently, the phone number is no longer in service...

Hello! I am in the same position as the others. I received a notice that "failure to register and update your resume in CalJOBS may affect your eligibility to receive UI benefits." I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions of what to do? Has anyone gone to their local AJCC to register? Have the people there allowed you to do so? Has anyone answered any calls?

Website still down (07/08 & 07/09) with no explanation or timeframe when it will be operational. Yet I have a letter dated 07/05/22 stating "NOTICE OF REQUIREMENT TO REGISTER FOR WORK" that says: "IMPORTANT: Failure to register and update your resume in CalJOBS may affect your eligibility to receive UI benefits." Now how can I do that when their own site is down and beyond my control!

The CalJOBS website is now redirecting to the edd.ca.gov site with the following message - "CalJOBS is currently unavailable due to a vendor-related national outage. We're working to restore service as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please check back later."

Just spoke with someone at EDD by calling 800-758-0398 who informed me the caljobs.ca.gov site is undergoing maintenance/renovations and should be available on/after July 5, 2022. Hope this helps!

I have been trying to get in Caljobs since Monday, I called Caljobs customer service and rep said hopefully it will be up tomorrow Tuesday, Caljobs is still down.

I have tried all the urls' suggested, different devices including my smartphone to access the caljobs website. I have called the main caljobs number/helpdesk...nothing. Have a meeting on Thursday and can't complete any of the prerequisites they are asking. Any suggestions?

@JamesF The site and app both don't work for me as well. Maybe try calling tech support 1-800-758-0398. Hope that helps.
