Automated 'hearing' has an issue

Have tried calling 18 times today and something wrong with their automated voice 'hearing' as asked to repeat everything, told they didn't hear that so say it again, repeated basic things like CRN and Operator and call disconnected repeatedly. Tried 2 different phones plus a landline and exact same issue.

Services Australia network down

Couldn't get through on the phone, went to the local Services Australia branch and was told their network has been down for hours already this morning.

Frustrated to the max with Centrelink

Tried to submit fortnightly earning, website not working, app not work. Tried calling. Waited almost 3 hrs got cut off twice. Tried to complain in writing then it said time has expired. It’s broken. But if you don’t report they will penalise you quick as a flash

Phone deregistered! Why???

My phone got deregistered, booted me out of mygov , mygovid & express mobile app all as if they have no record of my account. Can they fix on their end? I was almost done loading a million docs for a claim ????

Was updating bank and other data but on saving Centrelink's server crashed with an error message. Don't know if it saved the data or not.

Horrible to use, IF you can access it. Still better than their phone line

Totally unable to report as the service is unavailable. It would be handy to have at least a note in my.gov.au saying that service is down.

Of course if you want to report over the phone there is the minimum 15min wait built into the system to get you frustrated enough to try the app/website or just give up.

The interface with centrelink through mygov app is awful. many stoppages, OK once you get to apply (eg. for aged pension) but extremely difficult to understand what to do actually get in. Same for using the digital ID. It looks like it is made for computer nurds and not actual users.
