Longtime outage

Been without net since Sunday Feb 25, 2024 about 1420 MST. Came up about 1600hrs today.
Got text on mobile with estimates everyday but no fixes. Longest outage I've seen n been with qwest/centurylink about 20 years. Almost thought they were gonna drop service here-85501-
completely...manufacturer doesn't support their equipment anymore. Anyone find a better service in the area?

Internet has been down for 3 days with no explanation of cause of outage. Can't reach anyone to explain, just get a popup chat box asking how I want to be notified when it is back. I want to know why, in todays world, it would take 3 days or more to get it corrected. People rely on internet for work. This is unacceptable.

Why is it down?

Central Florida. Went down yesterday afternoon and still down. Our neighbors been down for 2 days. When you call you get someone in a foreign land who can't even tell you there's an outage.

Your advertisement reads 24/7 service and our service has been down since 2000 on the 22nd until present. I am seriously thinking about dropping my account because you are not the only ptovider out there. You owe me 3 days of lost service. All I get on my phone is automated support and the expected repair time goes up another 24 hours. This is unacceptable 24 by 7 service. Don't you agree ?
