On line Ordering

17 April 2024 - App on phone doesn't recognize password/name. Tried reset and change password - no help. Tried again using the home computer - still no good.
Seems like a problem their end if both of my devices are not working.

App not logging in

Tried refilling my prescription but unable to login - keeps saying cannot connect to server, please check your internet connection. I am connected to the internet so must be an app issue. Also logging in to the website it doesn’t show any of my prescriptions!

Just stopped working

Pretty useless app. Months ago it stopped giving daily medication and monthly refill alerts. But I could still update the daily usage and order a refill without reminders. Now for two days it's stopped altogether and won't do anything. Says it has a bug and to clear the cache, which I did. Then logged out and back in but only after several attempts. Still nothing. I have one refill left next month. After that if it's still not working properly I'm ditching it altogether and just keeping he paper prescription.

Can't apply voucher codes, told "Server is unavailable. Please try again later"

For the last day and a half, I haven't been able to use my gift voucher. I have already sent this message online, but I've been sent in a loop to do it again... and again.

I enter the code, the pin, and click the captcha. Once I got as far as a captcha picture to choose the squares with a bicyle. But it always ends the same.

"Server is unavailable. Please try again later"

I would like to order my delivery! I attached a screenshot, too. But I keep being sent back to the fill in your details page.

Locking up and can't refresh or go back

Taking a really long time to load and then once the page is loaded it locks up. Can't reload or go back. Just locked up completely. Has been doing this for about 3 hours now

Won’t connect! Ahh the good all Internet and technology !
Bring back cash, letters and customer service . When people weren’t lazy and things were normal priced.
Can’t rely on technology when it doesn’t work ….eg: Optus .
