Site logged me off and cannot log back in.

I cannot log in to use my rewards. It says:

Can't Log In

Logged me out now won't let me log back in. I've reset my password twice now and it either gives me an error message or says incorrect log in info.

Website crashing

will not let me login at all, directs me to 404 error or (using chrome to go on the website as they would like me to enter payment details to download the app) it just says page cannot be reached as the website has unexpectedly closed connection. so frustrating this is why i never go to chick-fil-a lol.

403 Forbidden error message

Getting a 403 Forbidden error on all the above, so while the Chick-fil-a site may not be technically down (i.e. it does respond to connects), it does not give you any website so you can not do or see anything.

Thanks to previous posters for confirming. Seems the android app is bugged as of 10/17/2022, and it now crashes while starting. Hope they fix it soon. Guess I'll drive up there haha

Android app failed to open completely. Popup bubble suggested clearing cache but that didn't solve the problem. Updated the app on Google Play, and that didn't solve the problem. Did a phone restart, but didn't fix the problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and still not working.
