i tried to get into my test today to take it and the whole system is down. the customer service rep told me that it is on their side and they will allow me to take it at another time with no extra charge.

Terrible support. They accuse you that it is your internet connection and not them that is the problem. They definitely don't practice what they teach........

I have done many labs and completed and it shows completed. The next day boom like magic it’s gone. Says I never completed! I hate CompTIA
