Seller login PROBLEM

Same thing here, have been trying for 3 hrs now and not able to log in. Me too emailed to Corjl Support and they won't answer until business hrs. This is very FRUSTRATING as a seller. To often now. I am ready to use other platforms.

Haven’t been able to log in all morning, just shows a red bar, no indication as to what the issue may be. It has been a very frustrating couple of months as a Corjl seller for sure :(

Cant login

Can't login to seller page. I tried refreshing and fails on login. Shows a red bar with no message. Just fails logging in and shows login screen again. I'm logged in on another laptop and can view orders but if you refresh you won't be able to login.

AND Other problems!

ALSO, if I try to download a PDF as a customer (from the order screen they see), it shows me two pages in the pdf download preview, then only downloads one page.

AND, if that's not enough, I have found that with at least one font, it shows me the font - again on the pdf download preview, then when it downloads it, it doesn't download the correct font. I own the font - purchased it on Etsy. I've deleted it and converted it to WOFF, then renamed and readded it. That didn't work. I tried their mapping crap and that didn't work. I finally just changed it to a different font and that worked great until it quit downloading that page altogether.

THIS IS A MESS. I don't know who they paid to do their recent 'upgrade' but they should ask for their money back. Even though it's now supposedly back to 'normal', it's anything but. Sick of the frustrations!

Can't Log In

When I try to log in, it flashes the interior screen where you can choose to open a design or create one, view a listing or order -then it reverts back to the sign in screen. What a mess they've made of what once was a great platform. Ready to jump to JetTemplate

Login isn't working since Corjl2 update

Can't log in since the Corjl2 update. It says the credentials are incorrect, even though I am using the correct username/email address and password. Reset password isn't working.
