It’s impossible to get in touch with a representative. All alleged troubleshooting links just send to an endless loop with no option to actually email, chat, or speak with a rep. I’m trying to cancel my 7-day free trial. It’s not possible to do. I’m sure I’ll be charged and won’t be able to cancel until after one month. I really regret trying Coursera. I will do all I can to turn others from trying Coursera.

Horrible uptime - the site is up but nonfunctional 10 hours a day over this last week.
