card declined, can't log in. took customer service line either hung up or gave me a message saying they couldn't access records, when i finally got a person they told me they couldn't log in to my account either just to wait and see if it fixed itself.

Website is all text and indicated that I must turn off an adblocker that I don't have on. Can't access the websitte on Google or Edge. I did not add new security software, update any, or add extensions or change current settings.

Their website is ALWAYS down. Over the past year it has only worked a few times to log in. I downloaded the app so I can pay my bill but this does not allow access to things like upload documents for credit fraud and other things only available on the website. If you call them with a problem be prepared for them to open up a new account for you without your knowledge or approval. I am guessing this is a tactic to extract money unfairly with annual or monthly fees on a card you do not need or want. Look up better card companies online and stay away from Credit One Bank.

Their website almost NEVER works for login to pay bill. (It has worked 2 times in the last 12 months.) Their customer service is no more helpful than their website, as they read what they're supposed to about the website issues, but have no real answers or know how of how to fix the problem.

I want to pay my bill online. password not accepted. go in to retrieve password, and it throws out what I have typed in, and still wont let me into the site. This has been going on for a whole month. I do not like paying my bills over the phone, but it seems to be the only way to get through! PLEASE fix it!
