CTV National News at 11, West Coast, NO picture, yes audio. All other cable stations have both pic and sound. Apr.8, 2024. "Shaw" customer via Rogers....harumph...

Ctv ota signal is bad

Ctv ota signal is still down in my area (Panorama Hills).
Has the problem resolved yet.
Signal strength is very good. Signal quality is good. But picture is scrambled and no sound.

CTV pixelated in Calgary

I have an OTA digital antenna. No problems with CTV reception until 31 Dec 2023. Ever since picture is pixelated and there is no sound. Disassembled cable and reattached to no effect.

CTV Signal strength/reception from my digital antenna at my location (McKenzie) is still showing full strength, picture is still coming through scrambled, unwatchable with no sound .. continuously for most part a week. Other channels performing as per usual (full) strength and great reception, no issues.

Ctv app won’t let me access local news i sign in with my tv provider but cant access the channels i should have uninstalled deleted app reinstalled still nothing garbage tv app ctv sucks

No CTV channels are working again this weekend. Always when I am watching the NFL games. I can watch the games on an American channel but with no HD. Why does this keep happening? I am watching through Rogers Cable.

CTV Reception not available in Prospect, since storm. Menu on tv remote, indicates there's contact, but there's no real contact. No problem receiving full contact with CBC and Global stations. What happened?

I completely agree with Frances. I'm having the same issues even bought a new firestick hoping that would help. But now the app won't even open. Keeps saying not connected to the internet, but all other apps work perfectly

CTV you have the worst steaming. You suck???? we never get to finish watching a a show due to constant freezing of stupid repetitive commercials which fluctuate with sound. CTV you are not modern enough for this day and age. Go and ask Global to teach you how to be better.

Always freezing. An 40 min show takes 1 hour 20 min. And the ads are 3 times louder then the shows.

I cannot stream anything and for the best shows you have to sign in. Forget CTV, used to have good entertainment now its 99% garbage.
