Can’t make purchases using the app

I am able to open the app as usual. When I do a search for lets say a makeup brand, it pulls up everything the brand has. However, when I attempt to click on a product I want, it knocks me completely out of the app and back to the Home Screen. This has been happening since yesterday.

Unfortunately I might have to switch pharmacies, I have to shop online and need consistency!!!

This is nothing new, if it's not down it will go down once you spend all your time filling your cart to check out just for all items to delete. This is very inconvenient. You would think all the money invested they would prioritize their app to keep the money rolling. I really like to use my rewards, I have to shop online due to medical issues. I'm thinking about switching to another pharmacy. GET IT TOGETHER CVS!!!
I really love the staff at my home store, I been dealing with them for years. Great customer service at my location Lancaster Pa. 17602 E. Lemon Street. Staff go out of their way to help. Unfortunately this issue is over their heads.

Website frequently down, sometimes says my password is wrong, when I know it isn't, so I close down the site and sign in again and of course, the pw is correct. There are two different parts to the website, and they show different coupons I have available. Also, I'm sick of the constant verifications every single time I sign in. On my computer, it's better than if I were having to do it on my phone. Worst website ever. FIre your IT team. They're not worth a penny.

Refused to refill script that had one refill allowed by doctor. Doctor did not respond to CVS about issue.I refused to do another video appointment with doctor to as him to verify his script. This is migraine med. I transferred script to Independent pharmacy.

A friend just went to get his Rx, which is ALREADY PAID FOR by Medicare. Cannot get it because CVS servers are down and the barcode can't be scanned. NO activity in pharmacy. You can make purchases for cash only in the store. I HATE CVS/CAREMARK. Only use it until I get another insurance carrier Jan 1st.

t access this information right now. Please try again later. The last website was way better than this new one. Nobody likes calling CVS to listen to the awful music for sometimes 45 minutes or more. If it was not for my insurance forcing my hand, I would be out of there.

My wife and I are having the same problems as poster Anne wrote about. Shop in cvs stores often and because extracare link or emails listing rewards won’t load ,have missed out on extra bucks money for the past month or so. No matter who we call or email the issue remains and our rewards expire. Is anyone else experiencing this? If so we would really appreciate hearing.
Also won’t let us sign in sometimes and error message comes up.
