CW APP DOWN

CW APP just stopped working. was watching and when it tried to play next episode, gets error "oops look like something went wrong message. verified on phone app as well as through roku cw app.

No picture, poor picture

Cw sometimes doesn’t have a clear picture, keeps breaking up with little squares. Sometimes no picture at all with a message they can’t show anything. Been going on a week, maybe 10 days.

I'm getting a 400 error on many titles using MS Edge. Stating that banner or cookies are too large. I went into browser settings and discovered 120 cookies from CWTV. I watched season 1 of Krypton yesterday without trouble and the first episode of season 2. After deleting cookies I could open the page, and thought it was fixed but got the same error when I tried playing 20 minutes later. I've been able to test play season 1 episodes without issue, but get the error page with season 2. I don't have the patience to manually delete cookies individually, and don't much care to mess up settings gor other sites

CW app not working in chicago, can only watch on pc or via roku app directly. The cw app opens, black screen with circles 2 lines of titles, then the app exists. Tried removing/reinstalling app same issue. This is not a DNS issue since I can access the website over my pc.

Launching app from FireTV homescreen gets only "The CW" logo, then eventually times out and back to FireTV default menu/splashscreen. Prior ticket entry #256462 to CW Support on 13 June 2022. Apparently, all of them are working remotely, so I doubt anyone has physically checked the servers since before Covid hit.
