The app won't let me log in, no matter how many times I sign in and put in my information, it won't give me access to a the stuff I just paid a membership for! Daily Wire, seriously fix this, or you're just taking money from your devoted followers.

For those facing issues like me, not being able to watch DailyWire content after signing up, it seems it takes time for the servers to sync the membership (see link). So I will retry in a bit. Charged $79.99 instead of the $74.99 it showed and can't watch Lady Ballers and says free membership

I have been wanting to sign up for Daily Wire+ for a long time now, but we have been struggling with major family health issues. When I saw they had the balls to make Lady Ballers I thought I have to find a way to support you guys as this is soo needed. I paid $74.99 for an annual membership tonight and my family and I were excited to watch Lady Ballers and start watching all the other excellent content you provide like Jordan Peterson, Ben Shapiro, Matt Walsh, Michael Knowles, Andrew Klavan, Candace Owens, etc. However, when we logged into our account, we found out we can't watch Lady Ballers, or many other videos, unless we upgrade our membership? I looked at our settings and it says we have the free version? I then checked out checking account to see if maybe we weren't charged and maybe I did something wrong. Well, I found out I was actually charged $79.99 instead of the $74.99 it said when I put in my card info. What is going on? I hope it is just an issue or bug you guys are experiencing, or maybe just getting overwhelmed with all the new subscriptions? Please advise, refund, or risk losing a strong supporter.

Same. I payed for the insider monthly at $14.99 and even though I’m logged in on the app it says that my current subscription is the free one with no access to movies. But when I go to manage subscription it says that I have insider monthly. When I try to watch movies it says I have to upgrade to what I already payed for. So frustrating.

Same for me. Paid for an Insider+ subscription. Received the email notification confirming my subscription. Payment went through on credit card. Website shows I have the Insider+ membership but every time I try to watch something it says I need to upgrade. I go on the Daily Wire + app and login. It says I have the free version only but also says I unlocked the Insider Badge which is unlocked with a Insider membership. I wonder if this has to do with an influx of new members due to Candace Owens BLM documentary dropping today. Hopefully will be resolved soon. I was looking forward to watching.

Anything I click to watch prompts/redirects me to Join, but I have literally just joined and I am currently signed in. In the top right corner of the page I somehow see the red "Join" button right next to the little badge icon of a key - but that key icon indicates that I HAVE joined already, as that badge is only "unlocked with an Insider membership."

Just paid for an an "Insider Membership" and everytime I click to watch "What is a Woman" I am redirected to the page to sign up as a member. I understand they have been under attack by the leftist nut jobs, but 150 bucks for a 12 month membership isn't chump change for me in my current financial situation, so I hope they get it fixed soon and find a way to stop these attacks from ruining our experience on the website. I can't see any of my Insider content and it is showing up as Free, but I have an Insider account and when I check my Account on the website it says I have an active membership through next year. This is not the first time it has happened. It happens both on the mobile app and the website. It usually resolves in half a day or so, but it would be nice if they put some kind of message out to people.
