When i Have a coupon applied is when i am allowed to go through checkout. If you dont want us using coupons then take off the "apply coupon" field.

Downloaded the Denny's app to get the 20% off. Neither the app nor site gave the coupon, nothing in the email, either. Cashier was useless and no help whatsoever. Not interested in coming back.

This is not the first time. The site takes you all the way to checkout and then doesn't take payment. When attempting to order by phone they don't give you the 20% off coupon. When attempting to call the manager, nobody takes the call.

Trying to order for pickup. Literally lookin at the store from my porch. Parking lot full, clearly open but the app and website says closed for today, schedule tomorrow or switch to delivery, why would I pay for delivery when it takes me 3 min to walk there. What kind of game are you playing

Agreed - As the other comments, The Denny's online ordering always errors at time of payment. It has been doing this for several months, Too bad as this dennys is 1 mile away. Just so you all know it is happening to everyone - same error. God forbid to 'call in your order' no way will it be accurate - if you get them to answer the phone at all
