Log in issues online

We’ll have to say disappointed in Dior online. I can’t login to my account keeps saying PW is incorrect. When I click the PW reset link …. I enter my email and hey presto nothing 72 hours later and still nada from Dior. Funny thing is end of December I gained silver status which meant I got a free gift and guess what in store at my local Dior concession store they don’t have them , so was advised to claim it via my account online … as of yesterday I gained gold status and yet again told my local Dior shop at Harrods doesn’t have the gold or silver gifts to give me. Again advised to try and claim the gifts both for silver and gold status online through the Dior website … and yes still told my PW is not correct and yep clicked the reset PW link and surprise surprise nada. Come Dior sort this out not acceptable to reward loyal customers like this. Don’t have this issue with Maison Francis or Creed.

Slow, stupid, over-stuffed. Silly additional "security" features someone thought was a good idea, but didn't manage properly. The most annoying? Site won't allow pwords to autofill, they must be manually entered - BUT IT DOESN'T TELL YOU. So, you sit and sit and sit and then you finally remember ... Hate them.

It’s mostly ok but it’s very difficult to log into my account due to the fact it rarely logs in on the first try and most days just won’t let me log into my account also it lags a-lot or the questions you can fill out to get points if your signed up to the loyalty program have been the same for the last week if there problems were resolved I would rate it a 4-5/5

having issues for the past month initially with 'my exclusive beauty program' which kept on changing my status level every single time i checked! Had history details that were not my own... and ultimately stated I redeemed a gift that had not been redeemed! Following this, I cannot order through their site now, getting error messages of 'technical issues' ... They need to get their e-commerce in oder! Are you sure you are a luxury brand? Quite frustrated... their customer support staff appear nice and courteous, but nothing gets resolved...

I emailed Dior.com letting them know every time I attempt to process an order on their website it does not work. Same thing happened today. I even tried using three different browsers no luck.
Yet they do not listen. I would love to shop directly from them but no lock unfortunately- this is an ongoing issue for the past two months at least.
