I was getting ready to see what I want to watch at Disney+, then all of a sudden, there was this loading screen that kept going and going. Maybe Disney+ is going through some maintenance or something.

NOT LOADING

Unable to play movies in disney+ app! We've been trying since last night but movies keeps on loading! We tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Our net is good. We tried logging out and back in. Still the same issue! We can play other apps like netflix, amazon, etc. But disney+ is not even playing at all!

nothing is loading right now and my network connection is fine. logging in on playstation is impossible, saying that we have the wrong password even though i changed it two days ago along with hulu. frustrating, but i like the shows and movies that are available when it works

I wasn’t able to watch any content yeaterday and the day before because of constanr buffering. Reported issues to their Customer Support and, although they’re responsive, the issue wasn’t fixed at all. Good thing I have Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV, and HBO GO, and did not have any problems watching content on any of those. But, still, I’m so disappointed because I’m a new subscriber and I was so looking forward to watching Disney+’s roster of movies and series this long holiday.

Idiots

Woke up this morning only to be logged out across all devices. Says password is incorrect but that is wrong as it logged me on the website. Then it attempted to say I was DDosing and kicked me. I was trying to log in on one device. This is not how I’m spending my morning. Fix it.

I get an Error 93 from my roku device and cannot get out of that. I tried reloading the app, I tried other devices with the same error I tried the disneyplus website and the screen just turns black. I am now paying for a service that does not work and there is no way to cancel it. This is absolutely horrible service.

Disneyplus.com website is not working for me. I checked, but only some of the pages were working. So, after a very long time, I tried this further. Then, after a couple of hours, I'm able to click on the download page. It took a minute or two for the files to download. After that, I tried it again. After another minute or two, I'm able to go to the download page. A few minutes after that, the files download again, and this time I clicked on the first link. It's a new page, and this time after a few seconds, I can click on the download page. The site is working. I'm really happy about that. Would be nice if this never happens again.
