Issues with logging in to dollar general account

Yes when I try to login to dollar general online I put in my email address and password and at first is said to virfy my phone number and I click on text the code to me and it never did and now it just saying that something went wrong try again

App keeps crashing when I search in the frozen area it just keeps freezing up then crashes non stop I tried everything so it's not my end or my phone issue.

The app keeps crashing left and right non stop some items are not in the correct spot like in the frozen area it show a glass pot in the freezer that is made for plants and some of the food shows it's in stock but when I use the app it shows everything out of stock due to a glitch and when I walk down there it's in stock the app is completely broken and a mess and no longer UI user friendly the refuse to fix the app they say they are working on it which they are not it's a lie. And the fruit of the loom men's underwear homeless people have been tampering with the items by opening the back of the pack and tearing all of them them they add a piece of tape on the bottom so that people will not notice it and DG is allowed it .

Login in fix

Mine has been saying error and I have done everything. I finally went into settings and then Dollar general app. Under permissions I clicked on camera and location to allow and I was finally able to login. Hope this helps.

They need to keep the bathroom clean every day they get 0 stars

This is the far most worst company ever they can't even keep there app up and running they always have to find a way to break the app so users can't even use the app then you contact them and ask them to fix the app this get mean and nasty and have a attitude and then they blam you for breaking the app the CEO headquarters needs to fire all of you and hired new people to fix the app that are nice and friendly not just treating people like a piece of trash if I where you I will stop shopping at there store and shop at Walmart at least Walmart app always works with out any issues like DG dose for this type of crap I will be shopping at Walmart for now and even online app DG has lost a customer of me for good and there bathroom is Gross I went to use the restroom yesterday it's was in unsanitary full load of germs the sinks where not clean the toilet where not clean and it had a real bad odor and you can smell the stink all the way in the alley like they did not care keep the bathroom clean.

Rude customer support team the website and app are still down the price are inaccurate it's showing all the price at $0.00 it's not showing any that I typed in the search bar and then I get this same error massage say ops something went wrong I contact the app developer and they where no help fixing the issue and they told me the same stupid question say go to the app settings and clear the cache and Data which I have did a dozen of times that didn't help fixing the issue then they told me to try unstall and reinstalled the update and do the update witch I have done that didn't help either and then they are blaming the user saying it's there fault for breaking the app and website which is very rude and disrespectful I will be calling there corporate office and file a complaint for them not doing there job and fix the issue.

The prices don't match the store. It cost more to shop there than Walmart. The digital coupons are constantly not downloading properly or do not ring up at the register. The app doesn't work at times. If this is the way Dollar General continues to operate I will just have to shop at Walmart.

dollar general website has not worked in SC for over a week. You select a store and try to set it to look at the weekly ad and you always get an error message saying "something went wrong, try again"
