Between the constant issues with their website and the shitty food service, I don't know how they stay in business.
It's like they don't even care if anyone wants their food or not.
The orders are almost always messed up, the food is usually disgusting and not prepared properly and the only thing they do to fix anything, is to offer you a free meal, in which case you either waste the gas driving to pick up shit food, or you spend 5 dollars plus a tip just for a free meal.
At this point they night as well close their doors permanently.
Worst food service company ever. And that's saying something in this era.

AGAIN, Dominos website online ordering. Screen goes to white after clicking CONTINUE CHECKOUT. Just freezes there. Called store. They wanted to take the order, If I wanted to call the store to order I would have. And what about an online special for a site where you can't even order online because it glitches??

Unbelievably frustrating! Every time I try to order there is a problem logging in. I've tried different websites, used their app and tried resetting password 3 times and still doesn't work on any platform. Payment section works as a guest, but what about my points etc that I cannot access? What is so hard about keeping the login working? Why is it so often that this happens? Then, if i do login successfully, it will crash and sign me out so I cannot see updates. Makes me want to find another pizza place. Forget this.

Took over an hour to just prep the order then let it sit and get cold. When I called to find out what is going on I was told it's the next one out and then she hung up. Finally delivery called and told me to go downstairs to get the order and said they would be here in 5 minutes. I went outside from the 6th floor of my apartment building and then waited another twenty-five minutes in down pouring rain for him to get here. Unexceptable!! Total time from order to receive was 2 hours 35 minutes.

OMG!!! trying to call dominos to find out wtf is going on. Tracker said Josephine began prepping order at 1:19pm it is now 2:17pm. Of course I can't even get through on the phone, have been listening to ads for 20 minutes. I seriously need to look elsewhere for pizza delivery. I tip good but am disabled, and even with a great tip delivery drivers still sit in their car and make a disabled 63 year old woman struggle to go get it myself from the 6th floor. I just want to cry right now. I thought I'd order a pizza and relax but dominos messed up that idea. It's now 2:21pm over an hour since prepping started and I'm still listening to ads on the phone. FINALLY a girl answered and rude as hell..it's the next one out to leave and hung up. OMG NEXT ONE OUT!!! How long has it been sitting there getting cold. Going to serioulsy complain about this one.

YAY!!! Pizza tracker not working once again...way to go Domonos...always keeping it consistant as to not confuse your customers. Noticed the payment section is never down though...another good way to keep consistancy. At 1:19pm JOSEPHINE began prepping the order. It's now 1:46pm and I know I didn't order a truck load of toppings to take this long. I'm disabled and live on the 6th floor of my apartment building. I'd like to know when delivery is coming. Majority of times delivery guy/girl just pulls up and sits in their cars, calling my from their cell phones to struggle to come downstairs and get it after specific instruction to bring it to my apartment and leave it outside the door so they don't have to make contact. Why?? I may just start ordering elsewhere where delivery is more considerate of the disabled and informed delivery actually works.

The website will not allow adding a Burger Joint pizza, although it allows adding the voucher for $17, there is no way to actually add the pizza itself, and the order total stays at $0.
