Sometimes very unprofessional, like today for example....doordash knew they had maintenence scheduled, I was never notified of this as well as THEY ALLOWED PEOPLE to dash all their orders knowing that we wouldn't be able to access the app or money we earned which is BS!!!

Somehow lost service and got kicked out of DD.

I was in the middle of dashing when somehow I completely lost service with no explanation for it. I was in the middle of an order as well. Suddenly I'm signed out and I can't even log in because it just shows a white screen. This was around 12:30pm EST. Wtf DD?????

when opening app come to white screen that loads with a "please provide address" which when filled out and clicking submit does nothing. stays on this page indefinitely no matter how many times pressing submit button and even after talking to escalated doordash support and doing all the troubleshooting steps through them didn't fix it. what a load of garbage! how long till fixed ?>!?!

My husband is a Dasher and also the sole source of income for our family and every time he tries to schedule a time to Dash there are tech issues. Today he was selflessly willing to work on Father’s Day and can’t because the double I.d. verification won’t allow him to sign in & none of the operators can do anything to fix it.

Low IQ Liars

Fast pay not working. They are blaming drivers qnd their banks. My bank never recieved the request from them for the transfer and my card is not expired like doordash literally is trying to claim. They lie lie lie lie and steal. My attorney had to make them pay me the partial when a store was closed. Doordash said they would and didn't until they got a call. Scammers with very poor call center. Grubhubs app doesnt do all of this nor do their call center ppl behave so low IQed like doordash. They don't understand is a continuous answer they give or just automated answers. I just need to get paid. They lie and say Monday is payday, it's Tuesday actually. Lies lies and more lies. Easy company to sue.

I called the tech support dasher account 10× to report my account having g trouble and I can't log in. Always permission denied.
I changed my email address and trying to reset my password. It wasn't successful. I called again 5x same issues. It doesn't resolved my problem. I told the doordash tech support to just deactivated my account and reapply He said I can't delete my account. So I can just reapply. So now, How I'm I suppose to log in and deliver food?

I'm currently in Raleigh, NC they were having a peak today for $5 (Zebulon area) for EVERY call and the app is not working it's giving me an update option not even allowing me to log in it's just stuck on that screen. I was Dashing earlier, had trouble ending my Dash shift when I had to go home for a few minutes (had to try at least 4-5 times before it'd let me end it). Now I've been trying to log back in to DD app for over 20 minutes & can't. After entering user name & password, it says "signing in" but just returns me to the original log in screen. I've done a "force stop" to no avail. Have been on hold with DD on my phone almost 23 minutes!! Should I uninstall & re-intall the app?

For the past week, the app constantly says they are experiencing a high number of orders even at weird times. And it says delivery isn't available, even when it is, and that restaurants aren't open, even when they are. All wait times are an hour plus unless you order through the restaurant website (when the restaurant delivers through doordash)

Since the SnowApocolypse here in Texas, Doordash app will at some point say “delivery is unavailable”. Extremely annoying especially when Doordash customer service tries to claim it’s NOT their fault
