App not working and I'm losing out

Been trying to open app for 4 days now, does not open at all, just stays on the load screen. Paying cash not getting more discounts or gathering any points. This is horrible.

Wont get off the load page. Ive uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared data and cache and still cant use it. This POS app is useless. I have points i cant even use

I havent been able to use the app since 3/1/24. Ive uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache and data, and nothing it just stays on the load page. 1389 points that i cant get and cant get any points cuz the POS app wont load.
