1) their DNS servers break down too often for my taste 2) they bring fancy animated banners on their website but do not get the basic operations right 3) the support seems rather incompetent (ok, whose isn't)

I have more than a dozen websites that use Dynadot. I already moved 10 to Cloudflare and they are working again.

I have about 10 domains with Dynadot and all are currently inactive with DNS records not accessible I have to wait another 6 hours to be able to contact them. This is obviously a massive issue for us since all our our websites are now inaccessible and we can't receive any email.

No response from support. Unreliable, I must say. Mission critical services cannot be run here

Indeed, all valid DNS records disappeared publicly. Their nameservers are down, support chat is busy.
