Just another example of a quality government site. Some 12 year old kid can build a website that will work for ever in his basement with a laptop. But these genius coders at EBTedge can't keep the website up for more than a day with high end servers and plenty of money? WTF!

This app is horrible. Can't access account. I have tried everything. No help either. Maybe they should get better developers AND they should address the situation. NOTHING from these people. I would think the States would be putting pressure on this company to FIX things.

EBTEdge Issues

As of 1:10 pm EST when we login the site says we have no account. Tried to add the account back but the system does not add it.
The computer system used for EBTEdge is very old and outdated but no one in government is interested in updating this archaic system even though billions of taxpayer dollars have been spent.

been trying for two days now, White label error keeps popping up. Called the 800 number on my card to make sure I still have funds to use,, and there is a balance, but want to know if there will be additional funds coming through, checking the portal always helped us plan our budget better...what's going on?

Will not accept my log-in. Won't even let me reset my password.
