Subscriber pushed to paywall - no recipe access at all

I'm subscribing already - $40 per year from Conde Nast just renewed.
Any recipe (saved or not) that I open pushes me to the paywall. Not convenient.

Epicurious paid app doesn’t work

Used Epicurious for free for years. Purchased app and it does not work. I tried all troubleshooting. Doesn’t work on iphone or iPad. Buyer beware!

I have many recipes (more than one hundred) recipes saved. I have paid for my subscription. My Saved Recipes is empty, I saved a new rec pipe yesterday. It is gone.

I used to love this app. But recently (2022), the app keeps crashing, all of my saved recipes have disappeared from the app, and a lot from the website. I can also no longer search my recipe collection, which is extremely frustrating scrolling through all my recipes to find what I want.

the website used to be free then they decided to start charging for it like America's Test Kitchen does....which is fine. I pay for that. BUT......but...but....ATK is highly organized and user friendly. It's as though you have pre-schoolers running the tech department for this company. The recipe box doesn't work and the latest is that I'm signed into the account but when I click on a recipe it reverts to a page saying that I can't see the recipe unless I sign up for an account or I login. However, I am able to access my recipe box to see the titles of recipes but when I click on that it also reverts to a login page. They have massive issues that extend beyond lower and lower quality recipes and racism....they are just inept, period.

I had the same problems as those listed by others 5 months ago... the My Recipe Box feature just became my 300 saved recipes in a row... no groupings I had set up, nothing organized and no way to do it. I just thought I would check back in the New Year to see if they had changed things back a bit, but totally out of luck! Same thing happened when AllRecipes made a big change a couple years ago. Shame on them!!! Glad I don't save all my pictures in some site that's just going to "go under" one day!!

My saved recipes are only in list form, as others have reported. I have reported this and hav had no response. I wonder if the advertisers are aware that we are unable to use the site properly. If i do not hear a response, I will start to report to the advertisers.

WTF?! I have not been able to come up with any additional info about the change to recipe box anywhere on the internet.. I did a new review for the app, and emailed their "info" address, but other than that, don't know what to do?

Recipe Box just goes to a list of all the recipes I saved in the past but does not categorize them as I had them in categories --Over 1200 recipes, mind you! My workaround has been going to Help page & clicking on Recipe Box link from there which oddly shows my categories but trying to save & categorize new recipes is a ridiculously convoluted process. Contact Us doesn't work and when I tried emailing info@epicurious.com directly it bounces back as a nonexistent email address.
