Fidelity brokerage accounts issues in app and on website

Fidelity is saying "Fidelity is currently unable to provide brokerage or mutual fund account information. Please try again later." I can see connected external accounts but none of my Fidelity brokerage accounts.

Can not access positions or active trades in BOTH the web site and Active Trader Pro , in the busiest part of the trading day ! If I made that mistake in my job, my ass would be in trouble !! They need to get some real enterprise systems professionals working for them. These repeated problems are tarnishing their reputation IMOP.

Tried to access my account and found my account locked. Called their customer service line and was told multiple stories from suspicious log in to possible account breach. I was on the phone for 3+ hours validating who I was and trying to get access to view my account. Their final decision was to investigate further and let me know in 24 hours. This type of cybersecurity is a ridicules.

Been screwed up for 3 weeks. can,t invest or trade like this.

Site is extremely slow to log in and if you get in, extremely slow to get any where on the the site. Fidelity.com sends to netbenefits which you can click "Portfolio Investments" and see the current days account positions and the days status. Not today. When I called Fidelity customer service I was told that app does not exist for non-commercial accounts.

Accept I have checked it nearly everyday for at least 3 full years.

Fidelity.com website is not working for me. I've tried updating it and I can't update my email address with my email address on it. I'm not certain what the new address will look like but it might be better than just using your email on a web page. It is unclear when or if this system will be rolled out to all companies so if this is your situation or you're already using a similar service please get in touch. And I also want to change it to Sprott TV. I have the same account and streaming preferences as you, but my login name is special. Am I supposed to change it? What is your advice for me. Any would be appreciated.
