It logged me out. I have forgotten my password. I ask for a forgotten password email. It says it's sent it. IT HAS NEVER SENT ME THE FORGOTTEN PASSWORD EMAIL so I can't log back in.

Retiring our Fitbits

My husband and I have Fitbits. Inspire 2 and Versa 3. Ready to retire them.
No data or inconstant data for over a month now. What happened? Will not sync, sleep records occasionally as well as heart rate. Phone notifications (a joke) and ability to set alarm with Alexa. I'm going to move on!

Fitbit Charger 5 not syncing

Fitbit 5 app not syncing. Tried everything from disabling and enabling the app as well as Bluetooth, and also restarting the Fitbit device and the Android phone, but still not syncing. Also Fitbit. com website doesn't seem to be responding.

I didn’t even know Google acquired Fitbit until today. What I did know was the recent update screwed up everything. First the ugly screen face on the app. I liked the old setup. Usually when I leave the app open while I’m on the treadmill I could see my steps counting. Now I have to keep refreshing. Today I went to scan a food product it kept saying got it but didn’t show anything. So I decided to delete the app and redownload, now I can’t even sign back in. So I decided to go online to see if there were any issues. Lo and behold major issues going on. Apple Watch looking real good right about now.

its just utter garbage. been a user since the charge 3 and each release has been worse than the one before. downgraded to an inspire 3 hoping it would be better, its not, same problems with the gps not connecting unless you restart the tracker each time. will not be buying another fitbit

I have had problems with updating data via my phone for the last 12 hours! Goes through the motions and then tells me it cannot sync and tells me to go to help ... nothing comes up in the help section to actually help!
I thought that we had reached a new low when they applied an update (that I did not agree to) and applied new graphics that my 12 year old would have been ashamed to submit as a school project. But no, the fitbit/google collaboration has sunk to even lower depths!
Oh well, my current fitbit is 8 months old and is showing all those usual little signs that it is not going to work much longer... and I will not be buying another.

No updates to when things are down and crashing for hours on end and misleading troubleshooting from help and support that tell you to reset devices which will effectively lock you out until they fix their servers.

I'm new to fitbit and at exactly 3:59pm est on June 27 2023 the fitbit app (canada) stopped syncing and now I am not able to login to the app at all. The website is file I can access my account that way but not the app.

Fitbit down

Fitbit sense and app stopped working about 10 am est 4/30, it’s now almost 12 hours later and nothing. Only gave logo on screen and app want sync, has showed my watch battery at 86% all day. Want let me connect to wi fi either. I show a firmware update but need it to connect to WiFi to do that. Also can’t turn Fitbit off. Frustrating!!

Have to keep syncing the app to sync steps to hourly activity but then it won’t sync to the Dashboard at all. not to the stat watch to the app? It did the sleep activity this morning. Thought maybe it needed charging but its 35% has been enough in the past. I understand Google owns Fitbit. Probably where the problem lies. Very frustrating. Will have to go to an Apple watch.

Fitbit.com website is not working for me. The services I need are available in my other account (activity based). Separate account one is set up for my wellness requirements and this workbook helps me to track my progress. It's a lot easier for a non-expert like me to do then with Activity Based Management. On the website, each activity is labeled to identify what type of exercise the activity is. Also, wearables are becoming better and better, and Fitbit has a lot to do with that. Would be great if the website worked as good as the tracker itself. If you have any suggestions for me, please share. Thank you.
