terrible ux, sooooo much friction compared to industry standards, both the website and the app are terribly convoluted and take up too much time to book flights, check in etc most of the optional paid services fail to work , credit card payments are unreliable etc

Worst Airline Ever

Can't login. Tried 4 different browsers. There is a reason Portugal is one of the poorest countries in Europe and TAP Airline is a good illustration WHY

It's broken...you can login, go to book flights, an old flight request pops , not a new request. It repeatedly logs you out and asks you to log back in

Always seems to be a problem with TAP. If it isn't their flights, it's their website. If this airline wants be an international giant, it needs to get its crap together. They ensure the ticket purchasing pages work as suspected, but anything else is not a priority to them. I am starting to think I made a big mistake trying them out again.

Inconsistent responses. Sometimes nothing loads

Sometimes nothing loads. Sometimes I can get halfway through booking and then it won't let me create an account, the dropdowns for Nationality / Phone Code don't load.
Ping test in command prompt shows its not connecting, then comes back for a few minutes and it's gone again.

BROKEN SITE

Can't even search. The page sometimes doesn't even load. And when it does the text is not being displayed, but the keys. When I check the developers tools the error keep coming and coming. I am surprised the server hasn't crushed completely so far.

Unable to log in or to enter passenger data

The website is really slow and once I finally reach the page where I have to enter passenger's data and try to log in, nothing happens. If I chose to continue as a guest an enter data and try to save it also nothing happens. After that it is no longer possible to do anything else.

It is a poorly designed, poorly coded website and has been for over 10 years. Need to get rid of their coders and hire some people who have progressed from primary school (to be fair primary school kids could probably code better) so maybe get rid of the old 30+ year olds and replace gthem with some skilled developers and TESTERS

The TAP website generally sucks - even in the best of times it's waaaaaay slower than any other airline's site.

The app is in French, can't change it - even it set to danish, 50% of the times I try to get BC it will not load, - their website come constantly with "internal error" - please try late.. - frustration ..
