Outage all day---really?

My internet has been down all day. I am a new frontier customer. I have never experienced a downed internet for an entire day. My frustration is through the roof. Customer service says there is an outage in my area. The web site and APP says no outage in my area. I took a ride to see if any Frontier crews were working in my area....nothing. So much going on in the world...and I have zero access to any information. Out of my mind frustrated!!!!

The App AND website takes FOREVER to load and most of the time will NOT load!!! Shameful for a company this large.

Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced, you can hear how they don't know what they're doing or how they're going to relay the little to no information they're allowed to give you... their techs are worthless, even the senior techs who make mistakes like cutting your service off manually thinking they were working at a different address... the online support wizard is a joke... their equipment is 3rd partied so it's the cheapest junk on the market and you're not allowed to use your own equipment

worst company to deal with. zero customer service. don't even try to maintain their lines. rarely reimburse customer for lost service.

Poor service

Continued connection issues. Has been down more than not the passed 2 days. Yes we have rebooted, talked to live agents and had linemen out. Problems continue although my bills are auto deducted on time. Paying for having no service is ridiculous

Internet, wifi, tv went out, called customer service and went through troubleshooting process. Was told a technician can come out on Tuesday (4 days) just as it is expected for soon to be Hurricane Ian to begin impacting the west central Florida area. Also, losing ability for my work at home activities.
